For our Maryland B2B Partners: You must maintain an active retail or distributor ESD license to purchase our products at wholesale. Retailers are responsible for adhering to all state excise tax regulations regarding open-system e-liquids at the point of retail sale. Please consult the Maryland Comptroller's office for current ESD tax rates and reporting requirements.
