All content, logos, label artwork, and flavor names (including but not limited to Weather System Vapes, El Nino, Typhoon, etc.) are the intellectual property of Weather System Vapes. Wholesale partners are granted a limited license to use provided marketing materials solely for the purpose of selling our products.
3. Limitation of Liability
Weather System Vapes shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website. The buyer assumes all risks and liabilities associated with the retail sale and consumer use of electronic smoking devices and e-liquids.
